Student’s Eye: JNews.am Inviting Students to Cooperation
The staff of JNews.am represents a new column entitled “Student’s Eye” that has been created for students from the South Caucasus countries.
If you are a student of Journalism Department of any higher educational institution and wish your article to be published under the students’ column of our bilingual website (English and Russian) then send a topic proposal for consideration by the editing staff and receive consultations irrespective of your nationality, residence and religion.
The topics should first of all refer to and/or deserve the attention of the South Caucasus youth, not contain international, interreligious hostility or elements of violence and not affect the honor and dignity of a person.
The articles can be news, features, profiles, interviews, reviews or any other idea you can come up with. Article can be up to 500 words in length. Also photo stories can be submitted.
The most active student cooperating with JNews.am will participate in a two-day youth journalistic regional forum being held in Tbilisi, Georgia in October. If the winner is from Tbilisi, he/she will be afforded an opportunity to have a three-day media-tour to Yerevan to get acquainted with the activity of a number of Armenian media organizations.
