The website has been created to represent the issues and events regarding journalists, the media and freedom of expression in Armenia, as well as in 4 neighboring countries of Armenia. It is also a useful source on the events raising journalists’ professional qualifications.

CONTENT
“NEWS” section refers to news regarding the media, journalists and freedom of expression in Armenia, as well as to media investigations.
“NEIGHBORS” section is devoted to current news on the media and freedom of expression in the neighboring countries of Armenia (Turkey, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Iran). This section involves a subsection, entitled “World”, where the most interesting media news taking place in the world are posted.
“CAREER” section is the most favorite one among the journalists and the students, as it informs on regional and international trainings, contests and expected conferences. The JNews staff succeeds in filtering and piling up-to-date information on media events through the messages disseminated by various international and regional media NGOs. However, if there is a similar event which we know nothing about for this or that reason, then we ask you to inform us to afford more journalists an opportunity to get involved in the event.
“STUDENT EYE” section represents actual topics from the students' point of view. This experimental platform is open for all the students studying in journalism departments and wishing to publically represent their articles, photos or videos. The editorial staff of JNews assists students with the choice of topics and with the stories' editing as well as with technical means if necessary.
In addition to the main sections, there are also sections entitled “About Us” and “JFF News” representing activities and current projects of “Journalists For the Future” NGO.
